Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled 28 days or more before the event. 50% refund if cancelled between 14-28 days before the event. No refund if cancelled within 14 days before the event.

• Payment up front.
• Only hotel bookings via our booking service will be valid.
• Only paid bookings will be allowed into the conference session.
• All delegate information, including dietary requirements, is confirmed via the booking system by 4th Jan 2026; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the ticket without refund.
• Early Bird Discount is only available to full members who book by 31st July. It will not be applied to the Associate Exhibition.
