Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled 28 days or more before the event. 50% refund if cancelled between 14-28 days before the event. No refund if cancelled within 14 days before the event.

  • Only hotel bookings via our booking service will be valid.
  • Only paid bookings will be allowed into the conference session.
  • All delegate information including dietary requirements is confirmed via the booking system, by 5th Jan 2025 otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the ticket with no refund.
  • Early Bird Discount is only available to full members who book by cut-off date. It will not be applied to the Associate Exhibition.
