For those who are staying at the De Vere Wokefield Park Estate on Saturday night, we will be meeting in reception at 8.30am for a prompt departure to London at 8.45am.
For those who are meeting us in London, the coach will collect your suitcases from outside of The Hop Exchange, 24 Southwark St, London SE1 1TY at 10.30am, before you set off for the day’s activities.
At 5.00pm we will meet at Control Room B, in Battersea Power Station for drinks and nibbles.
At 7.30pm the coach will return to collect everyone from Battersea Power Station and return to the De Vere Wokefield Park Estate.
Any profits from this event will be donated to charity.
We have booked a first come, first serve 50-seater luxury coach.
